An apparatus for cutting leek finely is provided to enable the selection of a cutting surface in a vertical or inclined direction, and to allow a cutting width to be controlled optionally. Therefore, the cut leek looks as if a person cut it directly. In an apparatus for cutting leek finely, a cutter rotating body(2) with a blade is placed on the upper side of a collecting space in a main body(1) having a safety cover(1b) and a collecting drawer(1a). The blade is fastened to a fixing plate on the circumstantial surface of the cutter rotating body. The cutter rotating body is formed with several projections at the upper side of the blade, a rotating body above the projections, and several grooves at the lower end of the rotating body, A rotating body driving motor(3) is installed at a bracket(3a) on the upper plate of the main body and drives the cutter rotating body. A limit switch(4) is attached to the rear part of the collecting drawer to stop the operation of the rotating body driving motor in taking the cut leek from the collecting drawer. An inlet(5) is placed in a rotation radius of the blade, and an insertion groove(53) is formed at the rear side of the inlet, wherein a stand(51) and combination hooks(52,52a) each are placed in the front and rear of the insertion groove. A vertical conveyor main body(6) or an inclined conveyor main body(6a) is installed to the inlet, wherein each of the conveyor main bodies includes a pair of feed conveyors(7), each of which consists of a horizontal conveyor(71) at the lower side and an inclined conveyor(72) at the upper side. |
