A subsidiary cart having a monitor for a medical service is provided to offer an image without moving patients or the subsidiary cart by positioning the monitor at various angles or positions. A subsidiary cart having a monitor(200) for a medical service includes a case(100) and a connecting unit(300). The case(100) has a moving unit. The monitor(200) is connected to a part of the case(100) and displays a medical service record of a patient. The connecting unit(300) connects the case(100) and the monitor(200). The connecting unit(300) has a bracket(310), a first link unit(320), second link units(330), a first connecting unit(340), a second connecting unit(360), and a third connecting unit(350). The monitor(200) is installed on the bracket(310). The first link unit(320) is perpendicularly installed on one stage of the case(100). More than two second link units(330) horizontally connects the bracket(310) and the other stage of the first link unit(320). The first connecting unit(340) connects the bracket(310) and the second link unit(330). The second connecting unit(360) connects the first link unit(320) and the second link unit(330). The third connecting unit(350) connects each of the second link units(330).
