The region occupies ten percentage of the bonnet`s surface, where connection has a constant diameter. A minimal distance between the connection and the bonnet is lesser than 40 millimeters, where the connection is designed such that an impact in the region causes a spinning deformation of the connection. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being arranged above a cylinder head cover of an engine and below a bonnet of a motor vehicle (claimed) for forming a portion of fresh air intake circuit and for bringing air from a radiator to an inlet of the engine. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The connection is designed such that the impact in the region arranged closer to the bonnet causes the spinning deformation of the connection, thus enabling the connection to absorb an energy of a pedestrian head impact, and hence minimizing the risk of injury to the pedestrian head during the impact.
