A yoke manufacturing method is provided to increase durability and working efficiency by forming a knuckle part on a hollow pipe and forming a shaft having a spline on the inner surface of the pipe integrally. A hollow pipe is cut to form a hollow body part. A knuckle body part(20) has a plurality of knuckle parts having the same diameter as an outer diameter of the body part. A shaft(30) and a taper pipe(40) have a relatively small diameter than the knuckle body part. Second knuckle parts are trimmed and removed except for a pair of first knuckle parts(21) which are at least opposed to each other. A through hole is formed to pass through inner and outer surfaces of the first knuckle parts. A spline is formed on the inner surface of the boundary part between the shaft and the taper pipe. A bearing coupling hole having a projection rib is formed.
