The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a water purifying apparatus having a generally cylindrical central housing section, a lower housing section, and an upper housing section; the rear of the cylindrical central housing section has a pair of axially aligned generally cylindrical projections extending outwardly therefrom; the central housing section merges into the aligned lower housing section which has smooth curved surface portions between generally identical spaced-apart leg-like portions; each leg-like portion has flat side surfaces and a smooth curved outer surface which slopes outwards and downwards; the curved surface portion of the lower housing section between the rear leg-like portions has a recessed area therein with an arched forward edge, inwardly tapered side surfaces, and an inner surface with a cylindrical opening therein; the upper housing section has a generally domed surface with a flat top portion and a curved slightly raised handle-like area which extends across the domed surface between the upper edges of the central housing section; the domed surface on either side of the handle-like area has a generally identical scalloped depression therein.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of a water purifying apparatus;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 5 is a side elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included. |
