A disinfectant composition generating steam and a steam sterilizing pack are provided to obtain sterilizing effects and to improve sterilizing force, and to have no limits in terms of the object to be sterilized. A disinfectant composition containing 100-6,000 parts by weight of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide or a mixture powder thereof and 100-5,000 parts by weight of basic anhydride based on 100 parts by weight of disinfectant powder is packed with a natural or synthetic fiber having water permeability, and is sealed by a sealing material. The disinfectant composition further comprises 10-1,000 parts by weight of aluminum, magnesium, silicon oxide, iron oxide or aluminum oxide or a mixture powder thereof based on 100 parts by weight of disinfectant powder. The calcium oxide, magnesium oxide or a mixture powder thereof are heating agents. |
