The garment has a pocket (18) arranged on a rear surface (14) of a zone of the garment corresponding to a pelvis of a user. The pocket has an access opening arranged at a lower edge (22) of the pocket, and a yoke (20) fixed against the rear surface which forms an inner wall of the pocket. The yoke has an upper edge (24) formed of two segments arranged along an angle in an inverse V manner, where the garment and the pocket are formed of cotton sheet.
