An RF chip and a portable karaoke having the same are provided to output clear voice without noise and signal cross by transmitting the voice signal through a digital RF module. An ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) chip(10) for a karaoke comprises a controller of a CPU and DSP(11), output units, a video display control part, a sound source module(13), and a digital RF module(14). A data signal is output to an I/O logic interface through a gate array. The music data among the data signals is outputted to the outside through the I/O logic interface. The video display control part outputs the video signal via an RGB encoder and an overlay circuit. The sound source module receives a control signal transferred from the CPU and DSP and outputs a data signal for the songs. The digital RF module transmits the sound signal to at least one wireless microphone.
