RUBUS COREANUS MIQUEL JUICE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

A method of manufacturing Raspberry juice is provided to prevent destruction of nutrients due to heat and improve the yield without using a separate filter net by separating seed from Raspberry fruit flesh by specific gravity difference between the seed and Raspberry fruit. Raspberry fruit is mixed with water in a volume ratio of 1:2 to 3 and ground with a grinder. The seed is then separated from the Raspberry fruit juice by specific gravity difference between the seed and Raspberry fruit. A Raspberry fruit juice making machine(100) contains: a mixing tank(110) for mixing water and Raspberry fruit; a pressure pump for pumping a Raspberry fruit mixture from the mixing tank; a grinding unit for grinding the ground Raspberry mixture; a separating unit(160) for precipitating the seed from the Raspberry fruit juice by specific gravity difference between the seed and Raspberry fruit; and a Raspberry juice receiving tank(170). The grinding unit contains a grinding chamber(131), cutter edge(132) and a motor(133).
