SERVICE SYSTEM FOR BREAKING WIRELESS INTERNET FUNCTION OF WIRELESS MOBILE AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for a wireless Internet interruption service in a mobile communication network are provided to register the interruption of a wireless Internet service to an HLR(Home Location Register) through an MAP(Mobile Application Part) for a subscriber terminal and determine whether to perform the service by an MSC, thereby realizing a quick response to the service registration and preventing a waste of communication resources used in the determination of the service performance. A system for a wireless Internet interruption service in a mobile communication network comprises the followings: a customer center(213) which receives a wireless Internet interruption service in response to a subscriber's request, requests the wireless Internet interruption service; a COIS(Customer Oriented Information System)(211) which stores and manages the subscriber information of the mobile communication network including a service management number and a kind of a service, and registers the service request of the customer center; a CDS(Customer Data Distribution System)(209) which changes and controls corresponding customer information according to the change request of the subscriber information received from the COIS; an HLR(Home Location Register)(207) which receives an MAP(Mobile Application Part) information for the subscriber information change control from the CDS and perform service register for the wireless Internet interruption of a corresponding subscriber; and an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(205) which identifies a data call provided from a subscriber terminal(201) and interrupts the data call of the subscriber terminal by receiving the registration state of a wireless Internet interruption service for the subscriber from the HLR.
