摘要 A door locking prevention structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the door from being locked during a vehicle collision by a deformed door outer panel contacting and shattering a supporting pin welded to an impact beam, wherein one end of the broken supporting pin prevents a supporting protrusion of a latch from moving, thereby preventing the latch from moving and locking the door. A door locking prevention structure of a vehicle comprises a latch(15) installed on a center opposite a hinge coupled door inner panel of a vehicle door to engage with a striker installed on a vehicle body, a safety lock knob installed on the door and connected with a rod(18), a slit(19) formed on one end of the rod whereto a supporting protrusion(17) formed on one end of a connection lever(16) installed on the latch is inserted, a bracket(32) installed on two ends of an impact beam(30) to allow the brackets to be proximal to a door outer panel(11) so as to let a beam(31) be in a position close to the latch. One end of a supporting pin(40) corresponding to the protrusion on an end of the beam is projected towards the door outer panel, whereas the other end is directed towards the protrusion of the beam and combined. In case of a vehicle collision, the supporting pin is shattered and the end of the supporting pin is projected upwards. The supporting pin, when the door outer panel is deformed by the collision and contacts one end of the pin, breaks the bonding.
