A method for measuring changes of glycosylation in various glycoprotein is provided to diagnose cancers precisely, particularly large intestine cancer by measuring both the amount of protein TIMP-1 associated with cancer generation and metastasis and changes of its glycosylation, thereby diagnosing and preventing cancers by using blood or urine. A method for measuring changes of glycosylation in various glycoprotein comprises the steps of: (i) adsorbing an antibody against a protein associated with cancer generation and metastasis to control or analysis groups of a substrate, respectively; (ii) separately adding a sample into the antibody-adsorbed control and analysis groups, and reacting and washing them; (iii) adding the antibody into the sample-added control group, adding lectin for measuring changes of glycosylation of ligand-labeled N-linkage type beta 1,6 N-acetylglucosamine or N-linkage type alpha 1,6 fucose into the sample-added analysis group, and reacting and washing them; (iv) adding a secondary antibody coupled with a chromogenic enzyme into the antibody-added control group, adding a ligand receptor coupled with the chromogenic enzyme into the lectin-added analysis group, and reacting and washing them; and (v) adding a coloring substrate solution into the control and analysis groups, and measuring absorbance of them.
