A method of unifying network management system and unified network management system is provided to provide unified method according to the hierarchy of a network management system and provide unified method for multiple kinds of network management systems. A method of unifying network management system and unified network management system comprises the following steps of: dividing at least two network management systems into at least two hierarchies(S101); constructing unified sub-system by unifying sub-systems included in the network management system of the same hierarchy among divided network management systems(S102); forming unified network hierarchy using the united sub-system(S103); and forming unified network management system using the at least two unified network hierarchy(S104).
