A waveform steel sheet forming apparatus which automatically discharges the waveform steel sheet while minimizing wear of dies and the waveform steel sheet when discharging a waveform steel sheet manufactured by pressing a flat steel sheet is provided. A waveform steel sheet forming apparatus(1) comprises: a first die(10) on which a waveform corresponding to that of a waveform steel sheet is formed; a second die(20) on which a waveform is formed to form the waveform steel sheet by pressing a flat steel sheet placed on the first die; a steel sheet spacing part(30) for spacing apart the waveform steel sheet placed on the first die from the first die to an upper side of the first die in a predetermined distance; and a steel sheet discharge part(40) for discharging the waveform steel sheet spaced apart from the first die to an upper side of the first die in a predetermined distance to the outer side of a plate surface of the first die. The first die has a plurality of exposure holes formed in the plate surface thereof oppositely to the second die, and the steel sheet spacing part includes pressurization projections and elastic bodies. The steel sheet discharge part includes rollers(41a,41b), a motor(42), and a lifting-and-lowering part(43).
