STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING A MEMBRANE AND AN INSULATION ON AN INNER SURFACE OF A LNG STORAGE TANK

A structure for supporting a sealing wall and an insulation wall in an LNG storage tank is provided to simplify the structure by simultaneously supporting primary and secondary sealing walls and a primary insulation wall. A structure for supporting a sealing wall and an insulation wall comprises a primary sealing wall(2), a secondary sealing wall(4), a primary insulation wall(3) and a secondary insulation wall. The primary and secondary sealing walls(2,4) and the primary and secondary insulation walls(3) are alternately stacked. The primary sealing wall(2) directly makes contact with LNG in a storage tank. The primary sealing wall(2) is connected to the secondary sealing wall(4) through a first supporting structure(21). The first supporting structure(21) includes a first flange(25) and a second flange(26).
