A music accompaniment device having a real-time storing and playing function is provided to store and reproduce music accompaniment data in real time, and to reduce maintenance cost. A music accompaniment device having a real-time storing and playing function comprises a memory part(145), a storage part(200), and a reproducing part. The memory part provides a storage space for storing music data signals of a set format. The storage part reads more than two data signals selected from MIDI, CDG, VCD, DVD, and LD data signals, converts the data signals into music data signals, and stores the music data signals in real time. The reproducing part mixes the selected music data signals with audio signals to reproduce the mixed data. The storage part is installed with a CDG storage part(210), a VCD/DVD storage part(220), and an LD storage part(230).
