A tissue case for a vehicle is provided to form an engaging flap along a section where an upper surface and a front surface of a case body borders and a bottom surface curved to a predetermined radius, and to prevent tissues from slipping down the case while integrating a garbage bin within the case body by installing a tissue slip preventing partition in the case body and a rectangular garbage bin in one side of the case body, thereby allowing a user to pull out tissues and dispose of tissues conveniently. A tissue case for a vehicle comprises a box type body(100) having a bottom surface(114) curved to a predetermined radius and a tissue extracting slot(120) disposed on an upper surface(112), an engaging flap(200) formed on a section where the upper surface and a front surface(111) or a rear surface borders, and a tissue slip preventing partition mounted inside the box for preventing the tissues from slipping. The body of the tissue case is fitted into a pocket on an inner side of a vehicle door and fixed in place by the engaging flap. A rectangular garbage bin having exposed upper part is disposed in the body of the tissue case. A garbage disposing slot(130) is formed a predetermined distance away from the tissue extracting slot. An opening(140) is made on a bordering section between the upper surface and one of the side surfaces(115) where a freshener(150) can be inserted.
