<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board having one or more printed circuit board layers with a conductive surface which extends to the edge of the printed circuit board, and is covered with an insulating material substantially (not perfectly). <P>SOLUTION: The circuit board is cut and separated from a mother board, and includes a conductive sheet sandwiched between an insulating top layer and an insulating bottom layer. Further, the circuit board has a tab for connecting a channel to be divided and the board with the mother board, around the individual board.
