<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device, a method and program for controlling the same and a recording medium available with the assured safety in which a user does not have to carry highly confidential documents or personal information. <P>SOLUTION: An operator can obtain the personal information or confidential information with certainty from an output unit by directly operating it. In addition, this eliminates mistakes such as loss of the recording medium as the user does not have to carry the recording medium including the confidential information, but it can be obtained from his/her PC. Security is increased by adding an authentication procedure in addition to the security assured when establishing communication.
