<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of controlling a voltage supplied to a toner supply roller to be kept constant even when a toner potential is increased due to intermittent printing, and capable of regularly conveying the toner from the toner supply roller to a developing roller. <P>SOLUTION: Even when the voltage generated by a second conductive member is increased due to the increase of the toner potential, the voltage increased for the amount is quickly reduced by causing the current to flow on the ground through a voltage drop circuit, and the constant current control of the voltage to be supplied to the second conductive member can be performed, irrespective of the increase of the toner potential.
