摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal etc. capable of acquiring suitable motion picture data by optimizing both of a frame rate and a bit rate at the time of imaging a motion picture. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile communication terminal, an encoding parameter storing area 151 is to be stored a target value of each of the bit rate and the frame rate therein in encoding other than storing a plurality of parameter sets to be used for encoding by an encoding unit 25. Each average value of the bit rate and the frame rate in the motion picture data acquired from motion picture imaging by a camera function unit 20 and time information in every imaging are to be recorded into an imaging information storing area 152. A controlling unit 110 is designed to determine whether the motion picture imaging at the present time is re-imaging of the motion picture imaging at the previous time or not based on a time interval from imaging at the previous time, and to calculate a rate between each average value of the bit rate and the frame rate in imaging at the previous time and each target value when the case is determined as the re-imaging.
