PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication data transmitted from communication terminals that execute unauthorized communication from being transmitted to other communication terminals and thereby prevent spreading of communication terminals that conduct unauthorized communication. SOLUTION: When a worm detector 6 detects that an infected terminal 1A has conducted unauthorized communication, a worm interruption apparatus 8 acquires the communication address of a data link layer or a network layer of the infected terminal 1A, and informs the infected terminal 1A about its own communication address or an address of another preset communication apparatus, when a request from the infected terminal 1A applied to the worm interruption apparatus 8 is received to inform the infected terminal 1A about the communication address of a data link layer or a network layer required for communication with a communication terminal 1B.
