PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoresistance effect element capable of improving an MR change rate and reliability, to provide a magnetic head, and to provide a magnetic disk device. SOLUTION: The magnetoresistance effect element is provided with a magnetization fixing layer in which a magnetization direction is substantially fixed in one direction, a spacer layer arranged on the magnetization fixing layer while having an insulating layer and a metallic conductor penetrating through the insulating layer, and a magnetization free layer which is arranged on the spacer layer oppositely to the metallic conductor and in which the magnetization direction changes corresponding to an external magnetic field.
