PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the direction of exhaust while restraining lowering of gas volume and lowering of device efficiency in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This direction guide unit includes a plurality of horizontal fins 12 disposed in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner including an exhaust propeller fan 5 to guide exhaust of a propeller fan 5 in a predetermined direction, wherein the horizontal fins 12 are formed to decrease ventilation resistance applied to a swirl flow generated by the propeller fan 5 and smoothly exhaust in a predetermined direction.
