PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an integrated aromatic polyamide film superior in heat resistance and thick in thickness and a flexible circuit board. SOLUTION: The integrated aromatic polyamide film is obtained by heating an aromatic polyamide films which are obtained by the solution film formation and has a residual solvent content of 0.1 wt.% or smaller, in the state wherein at least two sheets of the aromatic polyamide films are superposed, to thereby integrate them.
