PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element, exhibiting high luminous efficiency and moreover, having superior durability which is suitable for a wet application method. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence element has at least one organic layer between a pair of electrodes and contains at least one interlock-type compound.
