PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure of an electronic equipment unit capable of fully securing insulation distance to a part lead, or the like in an electronic circuit board of an adjacent slot without using any special connection members, and reliably preventing the falling of the connection member from a lid panel. SOLUTION: In the shield structure of an electronic equipment unit, an opening 3 in a casing 2 for arranging a plurality of electronic circuit boards 1 in parallel for storage is blocked by arranging a plurality of conductive lid panels 4, the lid panels 4 are electrically connected by the connection member 5, and the opening of the lid body is completely shielded electromagnetically.
