PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic condensation device for tritium in a water sample by using a solid polymer electrolytic membrane, the device having such a structure that a solid polymer electrolytic membrane is exchanged by each electrolytic condensation operation for measuring a tritium concentration in a water sample of extremely low concentration, that the device can be easily disassembled, cleaned and assembled after electrolytic condensation, and that the device can respond to even a small amount of sample water. SOLUTION: The electrolytic device has such a structure that dropping of a catalyst for reducing an electrolytic voltage, the catalyst applied on the surface of an anode electrode 5 can be reduced upon disassembling the electrolytic device by inserting a platinum mesh 6 into between the anode electrode 5 and the solid polymer electrolytic membrane 4 in the anode electrode 5 and a cathode electrode 7 interposing the solid polymer electrolytic membrane 4. The device has such a structure that degradation of the solid polymer electrolytic membrane is suppressed by using a planar collector made of a gold material having small holes to emit a generated gas and being processed to have grooves to obtain electric contact with gold lead wires.
