PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load and unload two containers simultaneously by using two sets (two series) of hoisting accessories being adjacent in the longitudinal direction of a girder and a boom and wind up and down independently. SOLUTION: This container crane is composed of a crane main body 13, the girder 6A provided in the crane main body, the boom 7A provided on a sea side of the girder, and a trolley 8A moving between the boom and the girder. Two sets of hoisting accessories including the hoisting accessory 3A on a land side and the hoisting accessory 4A on a sea side are provided below the trolley 8A, and a group 16 of ropes are stretched over between a group 14 of land side sheaves provided on a land side of the trolley and a group 15 of sheaves provided on the hoisting accessory on the land side. The group 16 of ropes passing through the group 14 of land side sheaves provided on the land side of the trolley and the group 15 of sheaves provided on the hoisting accessory on the land side are stretched over between a group 17 of sea side sheaves provided on a sea side of the trolley and a group 18 of sheaves provided on the hoisting accessory on the sea side. In addition, a braking device 44 for preventing rotation of the sheaves is provided in the group 17 of sea side sheaves provided on the sea side of the trolley. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
