PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of certainly conveying the sheet even if height difference is generated on a central part and an end in a width direction of the sheet when the sheet is sucked and conveyed, and an image forming device provided with this. SOLUTION: The sheet feeding device has a sheet base 2 for placing the sheet; a nozzle 9 for blowing air to the sheet supported on the sheet base 2; a conveying belt 10 for sucking and conveying the sheet floated up by air-blowing by the nozzle 9; a pair of draw-out rollers 16 arranged rather on a downstream side in a sheet conveying direction than the conveying belt 10 and conveying the sheet conveyed by the conveying belt 10; and a conveying guide 17 for guiding the sheet conveyed from the conveying belt 10 to the pair of draw-out rollers 16. The conveying guide 17 has inclination parts 17a, 17b inclined from an upstream side in the sheet conveying direction to a downstream side toward both ends from a central part in a sheet width direction perpendicular to the sheet conveying direction.
