PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel having an information function of an inexpensive and simple structure and responding to various designs. SOLUTION: A releasable locking means is provided to limit movement of a floating cover in relation to a sucking straw and the floating cover. The locking means temporarily limits the movement of the floating cover and generates a concave void generated in a hollow form around the sucking straw to stop sucking function by a manual pump.
