PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can simply and quickly shape a large-sized model, for example, that used in manufacturing a clay model for car design. SOLUTION: Two kinds of stock solution isocyanates and a polyol are mixed in a specified ratio. While the amount of the mixture to be discharged is controlled by an automatic measuring/mixing/discharging machine, the moving speed of the discharge opening of a three-dimensional robot module is controlled on the basis of the shape data of an object to be shaped, and the shaping of the object in a real size can be carried out simply and quickly by the produced foamed polyurethane.
