The outer pipe of the double drainage pipe arrangement is formed as a receiving pipe for receiving leakage water and the inner pipe of the double drainage pipe arrangement is formed as a deviating drainage pipe for removing drainage water. An independent claim is also included for a drainage method using the above system.
