A functional drink for enhancing immunity is provided to allow consumers to easily intake various health-aid components contained in chitosan and ginseng through a drink, thereby contributing to health promotion. A functional drink for enhancing immunity comprises: main ingredients containing a concentrate of ginseng, a concentrate of Chinese medicinal herbs, chitosan and chitooligosaccharide; an excipient for a drink; and purified water. The concentrate of ginseng contains 0.8-1.5 wt% of a red ginseng concentrate and 0.01-0.05 wt% of a concentrate of a cultured wild ginseng root. The drink comprises 0.016-0.064 wt% of chitosan and 0.2-0.7 wt% of chitooligosaccharide.
