A device for printing droplet or ink on a printing substrate, or a printing paper are provided to maintain the droplet with predetermined volume by measuring volume of the droplet through a volume measuring unit and a droplet control unit. A device for printing droplet on a substrate(30) comprises a need shaped droplet generating member, the substrate, an electric applying device(50), a volume measuring unit, and a droplet control unit. The droplet generating member has a receiving part(22) receiving the droplet, and an outlet(23) formed to a rear end of the receiving part. The substrate is placed to a rear side of the member, and formed with a target part(31). The electric applying device applies force to the droplet. The volume measuring unit is projected to the rear part from the outlet to measure the volume of the droplet. The droplet control unit maintains the volume of the droplet with the predetermined volume. The volume measuring unit includes a light source(60), an image sensor(63), and a computer processing device(64).
