An apparatus for providing multiple screens and a method for dynamic configuration of the same are provided to receive a focus request command for an area for displaying the application on a screen and adjust the focus of selected area, thereby enabling a user to the application to easily perform focusing and focus-releasing processes for the area. An apparatus for providing multiple screens comprises the followings: a digital signal processing module(750) which confirms whether a focus request for a first region on a screen is received or not, wherein the first region displays an application included in received data information; and an operational module(760) for operating the application on the screen according to the confirmation result.
