<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper circuit that will prevent misoperations from generating, even if the waveform of an input control signal becomes blunt. <P>SOLUTION: This chopper circuit is provided with a delay circuit 11 for delaying an input control signal CLK and a difference detection circuit 12, which detects the difference between a control signal delayed by the delay circuit and the input control signal, wherein first threshold for determining the change of the input control signal in the delay circuit and a second threshold for determining changes in the input control signal in the difference detection circuit are configured as a common threshold (Vth11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
