<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the program of the desired date to be browsed easily and reliably by simplifying the operation in the operation section. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic program listing browsing device, each channel column 27 is arranged laterally in the electronic program listing 26A displayed on a display screen, and the program is arranged and displayed in order of broadcasting start time in each channel column 27. A cursor 28 is set in the center of the electronic program display column 26A. A time display column 29 showing sequential time is arranged along the left side of the channel column (focus channel column) 27 of the focus program by the cursor. The date display column 30 showing sequential date is arranged along the right side of the focus channel column 27.
