<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to save a charge to be paid to a mediator, and to substantially improve the liquidity of each product by creating the lease transaction markets of financial products and/or quasi-financial products through one or more computer networks, and matching let demands and hire demands of customers such as an asset manager, a fund raiser and fund transactor, and introducing new type of transaction for substantially performing the reclamation or solution of a balance. <P>SOLUTION: A computer-readable storage medium with a lease transaction program for financial products or the like recorded thereon, a lease transaction system for financial product or the like, and a lease transaction method for financial product or the like are provided in which lease transaction markets for financial and quasi-financial products are created via at least one computer network and users can establish lease transactions between and/or among themselves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
