<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the position of an edge of an image with high precision when the image is drawn by moving a plurality of drawing point forming regions forming drawing points on a substrate on the basis of drawing data relatively to the substrate and sequentially forming a drawing point group of the plurality of drawing point forming regions on the substrate according to the movement. <P>SOLUTION: When drawing data of a drawing point forming region is sampled from image data while original image data of the image and the position of the drawing point forming region on the image data are made to correspond to each other, the drawing data are sampled by vibrating the track of sampling of the drawing point forming region for drawing the vicinity of an edge of the image on the image data in a direction orthogonal to a direction wherein the edge of the image data corresponding to the edge of the image extends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
