摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-light-emission flat panel display device with excellent emission characteristics operating at low voltage with improved positioning accuracy of an electron source layer and a cathode electrode as well as gate electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: Nanotubes of high crystallinity are formed by an electrodeposition method at a final stage of electrode production processes, which results in realization of the self-light-emission flat panel display device with excellent emission characteristics. Further, since a nanotube layer is produced on the cathode electrode by the electrodeposition method, there is no need of positioning between the cathode electrode and the nanotube layer, so that an interval between the nanotube layer and the gate electrodes can be made smaller to lower a switching operation voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
