PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic drawing device and method which stably operates at high speed in an environment in which only limited resources or memory is used. SOLUTION: A processing order and data of a processing object vector included in a vector data group being an input is managed. The data of the processing object vector is extracted from the vector data group, based on management information. The processing order of the extracted vector data is calculated. By using the calculated processing order information, a processing object point is managed, and processing completion of the processing object vector is notified. It is determined whether filling of the processing object point is right or wrong according to the management information of the processing object point, and the determination is calculated as filling information.
