PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventive printed matter which does not leave any trace on which a security measure is devised, and has no possibility of increasing a cost on printing. SOLUTION: This forgery preventive printed matter 10 has a substrate 11 and a colored pattern printing layer 12 provided on the substrate 11. The colored pattern printing layer 12 comprises an infrared ray-excited visible light fluorescent light emitting material which visually emits fluorescent light excited by infrared rays, and a light transmitting colored material which transmits infrared rays and a fluorescent light emitting visible light at a specified ratio.
