PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working tool having a large number of small projections on a surface of an object such as a roller, and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The working tool is constituted such that it fixes a ball 4 by plastic-deforming an edge side part 3b of a hole 3a by applying shot-peening work in the hole 3a formed on a surface of the roller 3 by putting the ball 4 in it.
