PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently and economically obtain a laminate of high quality by well avoiding the thermal effect caused by the stop of a heating roller by a simple process. SOLUTION: A rubber roller 110a is pressed to a photosensitive web 22 to be rotated to thermaly bond the photosensitive web 22 to a glass substrate 24 to obtain a laminated substrate 24a. Subsequently, the rubber roller 110a is once rotated by a predetermined angle when it is judged to be stopped over a definite time. By this constitution, the rear end part of the laminated substrate 24a most approaching the rubber roller 110a is separated from the rubber roller 110a by a desired distance to prevent the radiant heat from the rubber roller 110a from being exerted on the rear end part of the laminated substrate 24a.
