PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying device which can equalize a supplying condition of liquid when supplying it via a plurality of liquid supplying passages capable of separately supplying the liquids supplied from a plurality of liquid containers to a liquid jetting head where a plurality of nozzle arrays are formed without any variation brought about between the liquid supplying passages, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: A valve unit is equipped with a plurality of the liquid supplying passages capable of separately supplying ink supplied from a plurality of ink cartridges to a recording head where a plurality of the nozzle arrays individually corresponding to the ink cartridges are formed. The valve unit has at least one passage forming body with a fixed formative property (a pressure chamber component 36, a first passage component 37 and a second passage component 38).
