PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To magnetize a permanent magnet material provided in a field magneton easily under a state combined with an armature. SOLUTION: An armature 1 and a field magneton core 21 are disposed oppositely through a cylindrical air gap D centering on the axis of rotation Q. Permanent magnet materials 22 are arranged on the field magneton core 21 in the circumferential direction. Magnetization cores 42 of the same number as that of the permanent magnet materials 22 oppose the field magneton core 21 through an air gap J from the side opposite to the air gap D. A magnetization winding 43 passing a current for generating magnetization flux is wound around each magnetization core 42.
