SOLUTION: When acquiring an image 231 picked up by a CCD camera 41, and a background image 232 and a foreground image 233 prepared in a predetermined storage; a chroma key board 177 performs composition processing for them, and cuts and enlarges a portion of the composite image similarly to composition processing for a photographed image to generate a cut and enlarged image 235.
