PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna-integrated module capable of corresponding to a radio wave with a long wavelength even if miniaturization is promoted, and easily obtaining a high gain, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An electronic component group is mounted on the pattern forming surface 1a of a circuit substrate 1. A sealing material 3 which is erected in a region at the inner side of the outer peripheral edge of the pattern forming surface 1a seals the electronic component group, and also, an antenna element 4 composed of metallic wire coated with an insulating film is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the sealing material 3. The sealing material 3 is constituted of an insulating resin material which is molded by being filled in a space over the pattern forming surface 1a. The peripheral edge of the circuit substrate 1 and a flange 3b arranged at the tip of the sealing material 3 are functioned as the retaining part of the antenna element 4.
