PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply selective diversity free from increase in hardware scale, so that switching (selection) of an antenna can also be determined even during a valid symbol term other than a guard interval. SOLUTION: One antenna is selected to determine two moving average integration values (first moving average integration value A<SB>I</SB>and a second moving average integration value A<SB>O</SB>) of a non-delayed symbol and a delayed symbol and the other antenna is selected to determine two moving average integration values (first moving average integration value B<SB>I</SB>and a second moving average integration value B<SB>O</SB>) of the non-delayed symbol and the delayed symbol. If the result of an evaluation expression "A<SB>I</SB>/A<SB>O</SB>>B<SB>I</SB>/B<SB>O</SB>" is true, a CN ratio of the one antenna is determined excellent and if the result of the evaluation expression is false, a CN ratio of the other antenna is discriminated excellent.
